The houses are situated in a tranquil “hamlet” of six homes. 4 kms from the house is the charming medieval market town of ‘Cunlhat’, where there is a large swimming lake with sandy beach, and where you will find local amenities such as markets, post office, shops, etc. Larger towns are 25 minutes away and the city of Clermont Ferrand is one hour north of the house. The main house has been previously rented to tourists from between for £500 - £800 per week (season dependant).
